Quito-The Pululahua Crater

Posted 2 years ago by avatar jordan in response to avatar julia's question: Where exactly is the Pululahua crater and how can I reach it? (give a different answer) .

This crater is somewhere beyond the Equatorial Line Monument, off the paved road that goes to Calacali. It's better to go there in the morning because the sky is clearer (it costs $5 to get in because it's a geobotanical reserve). You can take a truck there from Mitad del Mundo bus stop (return trip is $5).
